General Criteria for Editorial Board Members
- Academic Excellence and Research Experience
Candidates must have a proven track record of scholarly achievement in the fields of business, management, organizational leadership, or related disciplines. This includes a strong portfolio of published research in reputable journals, as well as experience in advancing knowledge through innovative or interdisciplinary approaches. Editorial board members should demonstrate expertise in the key themes of the journal, such as organizational behavior, leadership theory, business strategy, or corporate governance. - Leadership and Professional Experience
Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in leadership positions, either in academia or in industry. This includes holding senior academic roles, such as professorships or department headships, as well as leadership roles in business or nonprofit organizations. Responsibilities of Editorial Team Members
