Reviewer Qualifications
To maintain the highest standards in our peer-review process, we are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

Academic Background: Possess a PhD or equivalent academic qualifications in engineering, applied sciences, or a related interdisciplinary field.

Research Expertise: Active researchers with a demonstrated track record in areas relevant to the journal’s scope, including but not limited to innovations in engineering, sustainable technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, smart systems, materials science, or interdisciplinary applications of engineering.

Publication Record: At least one recent peer-reviewed publication in a reputable journal or conference related to engineering, technology, or a multidisciplinary field.

Reviewer Responsibilities
As a reviewer for JIEM, you will be expected to:

Maintain Confidentiality: Treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents. Do not share or discuss their contents with third parties without prior approval from the editorial team.

Provide Constructive Feedback: Deliver clear, actionable, and detailed feedback aimed at improving the quality and rigor of the manuscript. Simple accept/reject decisions without justification will not suffice.

Ensure Timely Reviews: Complete your review within two to three weeks of receiving the manuscript. If you anticipate delays, notify the editorial office promptly.

Uphold Ethical Standards: Avoid conflicts of interest and do not use any information obtained during the review process for personal benefit.
