Criteria for Joining the Editorial Board of Energy & System

Expertise in Relevant Fields: Candidates should demonstrate expertise in areas directly related to the journal’s scope, including but not limited to:

- Smart grids and energy storage

- Environmental impacts of energy systems

- Systems engineering and integrative approaches to energy challenges

Research Contributions: Applicants must have a proven track record of impactful research, evidenced by:

- A strong publication history in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals.

- Regular participation in leading conferences or symposia in energy and systems engineering.

- Contributions to pioneering studies or innovative projects in the energy sector.

Educational Background: While a PhD or equivalent degree is not mandatory, it is highly desirable. Exceptions may be made for individuals with outstanding contributions to industry, policy, or applied research in energy systems.

Professional Recognition:

- Recognition as a leader in the field, such as awards, invited keynote lectures, or professional society honors.

- Active membership in professional organizations related to energy and systems research.
