Roles and Responsibilities

• Editors:
  Editors will oversee the peer-review process, ensuring that submitted manuscripts meet the journal’s standards of quality, originality, and relevance. Responsibilities include assigning reviewers, making editorial decisions, and contributing to the strategic growth of the journal. Editors may also have the opportunity to guest-edit special issues in their areas of expertise.
• Reviewers:
  Reviewers play a crucial role in evaluating manuscripts for their technical accuracy, clarity, and significance. Their constructive feedback will help authors refine their work and uphold the scientific rigor of the journal. Reviewers are invited to assess submissions based on their expertise and availability.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for both roles should possess:

1. A Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in electrical or electronics engineering or related fields.
2. A strong publication record in reputable journals and conferences.
3. Experience in reviewing or editing academic manuscripts (preferred but not mandatory).
4. A commitment to upholding ethical standards and the integrity of the peer-review process.
